Town and Country USA Building Set.

Canister features the cheerful “Smile Family” graphics and measures 12 3/8" tall x 4" diameter.

This mid-century toy was marketed as a “new hobby toy for the entire family,” and includes colorful interlocking *Double Lock Blocks*, roof sections, windows, and doors for building miniature houses and towns.

Includes *most* of the original 176 pieces but not all of them. There are more of several pieces than listed on the canister (example: there are 25 half blocks; the canister lists 24 half blocks). One of the two fence sections is broken in half. The Lintels, Doors, and Windows, are all complete. Please see pictures for exact inventory of what is included.

Instruction manual included but badly damaged.

As shown in the pictures, some of the parts are more yellow than white. I am unsure if this is the way they were originally, or if some have yellowed from age, or some parts came from other sets.
